Your Best Shot

I nearly wasn't going to enter The Paper Mama's challenge when I saw how many people had already entered...and then the thought of having to choose one photo...and would that photo be of Charlotte or William...gah!

LOL!
But I didn't want to miss out on all the fun so I've decided to go with this photo of Charlotte:

I love how her eyes are so in focus and they have a bit of a sparkle to them :)

Be My Valentine :)

I tried taking some photo's of Charlotte today with a pink valentine's cupcake...but she pretty much ate it straight away, lol.

My little camera-loving bubba was a much better model :D

Tell: I got some really cute shots of William with the 'Valentine's Apple' lol so put them together to make a card :) He kept throwing the apple on the concrete and laughing his head off, it was pretty brown and soggy by the end!

Now I know Ruari thinks boys are gross, but I think William might be an exception, lol :D

Top 10 of 2010!!

I saw this posted on A Sorta Fairytale and The Paper Mama and had to join in! You have to choose the top 10 photo's of your kids for 2010, such a tough choice to narrow it down, I could probably do a top 100, lol.

So here they are in no particular order:

1. My little man in the bath on Christmas night. Don't you just want to eat him up?!

(He split his lip open the day before, thats why his top lip looks funny in the middle!)

Family!

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic day with your families :) Speaking of Family, this week's theme at The Paper Mama is Family, so I'm sharing one of my new favourite photo's :)

My hubby and my little man, taken at the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas Lights Spectacular =D It was a great night, millions of beautiful lights all through the gardens :)

Scavenger Hunt Sunday!

Scavenger Hunt time! I was actually finished early this week, normally I have to do a mad dash to get done, lol.

1. Black & White

This was one of the Tiger Moth photo's I took of Charlotte, if you want to see more and read the little tale that goes with them go here. I really love them so thought I'd use one for Black & White. The action I used is A Sorta Fairytale's Black & White Fairytales in Caramel :)

2. I Ate This

This was our dinner the other night at Mum & Dad's house. It looked even yummier after it had been in the oven with the cheese on top =D And yes thats my little man in the background, lol.

 3. Historic

These are some photograph's from when my Grandpop was involved in the Snowy Mountains Scheme that ran from 1949 to 1974. I'm not exactly sure what year these were taken, I found them floating around in the top of a cupboard at Mum's, lol.

4. Off Centre

Through the week I took a couple shot's for a very good friend's business Chocpots! And I got to eat it when I was finished =D They're yummy edible bouquets made with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, YUM!

I like how this one is Off Centre and the texture too, it's a Chasing Dreams one.

5. The End

This is part of the inscription on our wedding bands, "La Fin" means The End. I think this is my favourite shot of the week :)

Look Up and Food!

Two quick challenge entries today! I'm going to attempt our Christmas Card photo today...... Charlotte is already having a tantrum of course so it may not happen!!

The theme at The Moments In Between this week in Look Up. I love these photo's I took of William, his eyes and lips are perfect and delicious, lol.

And over at The Paper Mama the theme is Food! I'm still working my way through all these lollipop photo's!!

Hopefully I get some great photo's today!! I have a pile of editing to do too!!

Happy Halloweeeeeen!

My two little munchkins dressed up for some Halloween fun yesterday :) It's not big here like in the US but we did take the kids to the Halloween day at Toys R Us for some games and activities and "trick or treating" (they all got a pumpkin bucket and had to go around the store looking for the staff handing out lollies LOL!)

The Willy Man was Super Baby:

The light was really harsh but I knew if I waited til later in the day he'd be filthy or asleep, lol so did the best I could =D

He's only new to walking so looked so funny toddling around with his little cape flapping behind hehe

And my little princess Charlotte was a ladybird

So difficult to get a smile out of this kid!!

And she had a MEGA tantrum just before this too. Because we wouldn't let her fly to Toys R Us on her broomstick. By herself. LOL!

I'm running really behind on Scavenger Hunt Sunday too =O been a bit hectic here this week but we may have finally sold our place woohoo!!
