I Heart Faces - Sun Flare

What a weekend! On Saturday I photographed my first wedding! And it was HARD. I was so exhausted by the end of the night! It was SO sunny, you couldn't escape the sun, it was so bright :/ I was really nervous about how the 'walking down the aisle' shots were going to turn out having to shoot directly into the sun (it was 4pm) but I just love the beautiful haze in them :) 

I was so proud of myself for not panicking and putting the camera on Auto LOL! (I'm still really new to full manual!) (The bride is my brother in law's sister, don't worry, I'm not pretending I'm a real photographer, she asked me to do them hahaha!)

 I took about 1500 all up so you can imagine how I'll be spending the next few weeks, lol. 

I thought I'd share this one for the I Heart Faces Sun Flare challenge this week :

This was a particularly funny moment, just as the bride and her father got the start of the aisle, her garter fell off! This shot was taken just after she picked it up and stuffed it in her Dad's pocket!

I Heart Faces - Orange

I admitted it before and I'll admit again, I didn't use any fancy pants texture, my fish tank is just.that.dirty. LOL! I just did a little sharpening on his face, otherwise its SOOC :)

I decided at the last minute to enter the I Heart Faces challenge for this week. The theme is "smirk" and I thought this pic suited pretty well =D And thats a baby cino in her hand, not a real coffee hehe.

I Heart Faces - Beach Fun

This weeks theme at I Heart Faces is Beach fun and it just so happens that we spent the morning at the beach yesterday, even though its still winter, lol. Spring was definitely in the air though, it was a gorgeous day :)
