I've been trying for absolutely ages to get a photo of birds on the power lines...but they're always there when I'm not ready! I was sitting in Mum's front yard with my brother yesterday when Mr Kookaburra flew up and perched on the lines and I managed exactly one shot before he was startled off by a passing car.

Bath Time with Bob the Builder

William loves the bath :)

He also loves Bob the Builder..

He sings that over and over and then adds "yay!" at the end :)

We borrow a different Bob dvd from the library every week. I should probably buy him his own copy though!

Look at those lashes and curls. No wonder he always gets mistaken for a girl, lol. Even yesterday when he was dressed in jeans and a Khaki shirt with a fighter jet on it a lady referred to him as 'the little girl wants a turn on the Bob the Builder ride' Poor Willy :D

 This was a tube of bath gel that Grandma & Grandpa brought home from the hotel they stayed at in Prague. Charlotte said "It smells like carrots. And man" bahahaha!

 Excuse the icky pin lights, I didn't realise my speedlite was pointing straight in his face, oopsie!

Black & White Wednesday - Wedding Style!

Last month I was lucky enough to shoot my first wedding! It was lots of fun and hard work at the same time!

Here are some of my favourite B&W's from the day, I love the candid moments but there are some fun posed shots too :D

I learned that weddings are a lot of work and the pressure to catch all the key moments is scary!! lol

But it's also a lot of fun and very exciting to share in someone's special day :)

I also learned that I'm brave enough to shoot an entire wedding in Manual without panicking!

I think this one is really sweet :)

This one I edited for the cover of the disc I put the images on, not sure if it works as a photo on its own but I thought the cover turned out pretty funky =D
