Riding Camels in the Surf

On the first day of our holiday hubby and Charlotte got to ride a camel along the beach..

There they are off in the distance..

William was too little to go so he entertained himself playing in the sea foam "Mummy! Bubble! Bubble Mummy!" :)

They took a little detour into the surf..

They didn't go very far out :) Hubby said it was the strangest feeling when they were standing still in the water, it felt like the were drifting along with the tide!

The nice man let me hold the ropes while he took our picture. Poor Willy missed out, he was playing in the rocks away from the camels and water, lol.

Caves Beach

On Sunday we took a drive up to Caves Beach. The kids hadn't been there before and they LOVED it. You go through a big cave and then through a tunnel and come out on the other side of the beach, it's pretty awesome :)

I planned on taking some shots of the tunnel and cave on the way back through but there was an "incident" lol

My beautiful babies :) Finally got a nice shot of them together. A little out of focus but I had to act fast before they ran off!

This was his little game of choice, throwing sand up in the air, lol

For all these shots I used my new Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 Lens. I heart it :) It's much crisper than the kit lens I was using! I didn't even have to edit these much, just reduced the size and sharpened for the web. Plus I  didn't have time to do any fancy editing, lol but I might go back and play with some of them :)

Hubby was right there just out of the shot but wasn't quick enough to grab him, lol.

He looked very much like a drowned rat when he came out but wasn't too fussed about what had happened! 

Lucky I had a spare jumper and nappy in the car, lol
