My Christmas Angels

Some of the photo's from our Christmas card shoot :)

They're all SOOC except for the first one because I've been way too lazy and short on time to edit them LOL! Plus they were printed fairy small so no one will notice the dried weetbix around Willy's face right?? I did crop some of them and add borders on the cards, but you just get the SOOC version :P

I'm submitting this first shot for 'On Cloud Nine' because I just love this picture of my baby girl :) Plus, with those wings she looks like she belongs on a cloud :P

My Babies Santa Photo :)

We've all been sick :( Last Sunday night we all dropped like flies with a bad case of Gastro, yuck! I had to take William to hospital to make sure he wasn't dehydrating and then hubby ended up having to go too and get hooked up to an IV :(
So thats why I didn't get to return everyone's lovely comments for Scavenger Hunt Sunday last week and missed all this weeks challenges too! But we're all better now!

To get myself back in the festive spirit I want to share my babies Santa photo, I'm so happy with how this turned out, two big smiles! I actually had to take the photo while the photographer made William laugh, he was doing a little magic trick so I had to take the shot when they were both laughing haha!

2. It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like......

Christmas/ Summer! This is probably an unusual sight for most of you, lol playing in snow in surf gear!

We took the kids to the Christmas parade on the weekend and they had an inflatable snow globe there. We had to line up for over an hour in the stinking hot sun! Lucky they had a free giant inflatable slip n slide for the kids but all the "snow" stuck to their wet clothes!!

3. Sweet Treat

This is from our Christmas card shoot :D I'll post the finished card once I've posted them out, don't want to spoil it! I had to bribe them to be in the photo's with Sweet Treats!

4. Time

There's a park and playground in the middle of the town and they've recently done it all up and put a little creek running through the middle. All along the creek are little 'treasure' to find and this clock is one of them :) I have a series of pics from all along  the creek I'll share another day :)

5. Everyday

Blowing bubbles is an Everyday activity at our house! I think Paul Rudd said it best in Knocked Up "I wish I liked anything as much as my kids like bubbles" haha!

Macro Friday

I'm so excited to have been chosen as last weeks winner of Macro Friday! And now I get to choose this weeks winner, yay! If you would like to see my winning photo, you can see it in this POST.

And now for my photo this week (don't worry, I won't pick myself haha :P)

Probably not *really* a Macro, lol, but I really wanted to share it :) I got a similar bubble shot a couple of months ago and thought it might have been a fluke but turns out I could do it again :D

and if you look really closely you can see my reflection in the bubble hehe.
