I had no idea what I was going to do with these storm pictures, so I've decided to follow Ashley's lead and have a play around with texture :)
Here are the originals again:
And here are my edits:
I just bumped up the contrast and then added Paint the Moon's Timeworn Texture and blended in Soft Light mode. I didn't write down what the opacities were, sorry :D
I'm not sure if I like them or not...what do you think? :)

Well I did love your SOOC shots - I was the same way...what do we do this week? I think the texture on both of our images is interesting.
Wow, these are awesome stormy shots and I love that texture!!
I missed your SOOC shots on Monday - WOW!! That sky is absolutely incredible! I would have been stumped too. I like your edits, but I also really like your SOOC shots! Great job!
They all look like postcards!
Love the textures, but those cloudy skies in the original are hard to beat! Gorgeous captures and wonderful edits! It looks like it was one strong storm!
I loved your SOOC shots. That said, the textures make them seem even stormier and foreboding.
I can't help but love your sooc shots more. They're so perfect... the storm clouds are amazing. The texture does give some interest, though.
It's fun to play with the different effects of textures. Love the first shot. I still have so much to learn.
I like them both, but maybe the texture just a little bit more. It makes me feel like it is actually raining and the storm is more dramatic. Either way, good job!
I personally like your sooc shots better, but the texture adds a unique feel. Love seeing storm clouds!
I'm a texture junkie so I like it! Very cool!
Super cool SOOC photographs. The texture make the photographs look like paintings.
Thank you for sharing the before and after photographs.
I still love the SOOC shots better.
