In The Clover..

The other day while Charlotte was picking 'treasures' I started taking photos of the flowers in the clover. Some were really big, some were tiny and then I found one that was perfect. Big, bright white and in full bloom, not droopy or wilted or trodden on by Charlotte haha.
Who knew they were so pretty!

I used my Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 for all these shots :)
The settings were: 1/100 f/4.5 ISO200

They look beautiful from above :)

And just as beautiful from the side :)

and then, she {snapped}

I'm really pleased with how they turned out!

Now, I invite you all to "LOL" at me for Faith's Simplicity challenge this week =D

You see, in my head, I'd said "Let's all pull a funny face!"but, it turns out my family are not all mind readers so we ended up with a super cute photo of my little family...ruined by silly old Mummy LOL. I really hate this photo of me, I look like a hippo or a member of Kiss haha.

We're all wearing the spectacular crowns that Charlotte fashioned for us out of paper, pom poms, feathers and stars :) I think they're AWESOME!

Thanks for stopping by!!

  3. it's a little hard to choose a favourite from your clover shots - what a wonderful series of photos, but in particular awe of your 1st, 2nd & 5th shot.

  8. These are all very lovely ~ the first and last clover pictures win it for me ~ just love the hint of the leaves in the bokeh. That said the macros are stunning too (I adore macro flower shots). The family shot is pretty cute too!

  13. OMG the soft bokeh in the clover picture!!!!! How did you get it? Do you mind sharing the lens you used for it and the aperture? LOVE LOVE LOVE!

    And your family is adorable even with your sticking out your tongue! Is it a self-portrait?

    And yes it's a self portrait! I had to use the timer but the kids think it's hilarious watching me run to get in the shot haha!
