I finally managed to get a nice family photo :)
I'm pretty pleased with it considering I had to balance my camera on one of the posts and then run like crazy to get in the shot (I didn't have my remote, lol) Plus I only got two shots in before William took off back to the playground I'd taken them from...you can see he's struggling to escape ;)
I have learned that I need to be quick if I want to get a shot of the family!! And to remember my remote in the future ;)

The B&W version, I think I prefer it in colour though :) And yes we should have taken our glasses off ;D
I love your B&W version. This is also a great memory for you, especially with your son wanting to be off and playing :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful family portrait! I think in this case I like the color version because the colors in the background are so pretty. I regret not asking someone to take our pic together on our recent beach trip.
ReplyDeleteI love it in color! :)
ReplyDeleteWe don't have many family shots, but we try to get my SIL take one every year when we visit. That's the only time we get one professionally done. :)
What a good looking family - love you guys in color.
ReplyDeleteGreat job mama! I know how hard that is. You have accomplished the impossible. Whew! Love it in color! Thanks for linkin up for WW! I may not always comment, but always love stopping by!
ReplyDeleteWell done ~ no mean feat that!! Great capture :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job indeed. Perfect everything.
ReplyDeleteI like the color one better.
I like it...very candid looking...not to posed. I like the color shot best.
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard to get a family shot. I was able to when my son was young, but now that he is on the move there is NO CHANCE.
ReplyDeleteGreat job running and making it into the frame!
I like more of the back and white version =)
ReplyDeleteWell, with everything against you, I think this one turned out super cute!! I love the background as well!
ReplyDeleteVery cute shot. I need to try a self-timer shot soon.
ReplyDeleteReally enjoy your blog. It's inspiring to see how far your come in such a short amount of time. Gives me hope lol.
I really like the color photo.
great family shot!
ReplyDeleteYay!! I'm so glad you took a family shot! Love the lines of the rails leading to you guys!! I hate it when I forget my remote as well!! I think you nailed it though :O)
ReplyDeleteCool family shot! I wish I'd think of that more often. Great work considering you didn't have a tripod or remote. I have enough trouble getting myself in a selfie.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful photo of a beautiful group! And, I LOVE those shoes. :)
