Top 10 of 2010!!

I saw this posted on A Sorta Fairytale and The Paper Mama and had to join in! You have to choose the top 10 photo's of your kids for 2010, such a tough choice to narrow it down, I could probably do a top 100, lol.

So here they are in no particular order:

1. My little man in the bath on Christmas night. Don't you just want to eat him up?!
(He split his lip open the day before, thats why his top lip looks funny in the middle!)

2. Charlotte laying in the grass at Grandma's House :)

3. Willy's squinty grin! I heart this photo :)

4. My beautiful princess

5. Look at those chubby cheek's!

6. My Christmas Angel :)

7. Little Peter Rabbit :) William has heaps of Peter Rabbit books and toys in his bedroom!

8. Love this photo of Charlotte, reminds me of Goldilocks or Hansel and Gretel hehe

 9. This is from William's 1st Birthday shoot I did, look at those bunny wabbit teeth!

10. Love this natural shot of Charlotte :)

So there you have it!
Now go and check out the other cuties!

Willy's New Chainsaw =D

William got this really cool chainsaw for Christmas, so I took some shots of him playing with it with my new lens :)
The first two are a bit blurry because I had to keep putting his goggles back on and then scooting back to take the picture, lol

I'm submitting this one for On Cloud Nine :)

Trying to charm Grandma into picking him up, lol

Look at that belly :)

This kind of looks like his "poo" face, lol but I swear he didn't do one!

It's My Birthday!

It's my birthday today! Yay me! (Now the countdown to 30 is on =O) I got lots of lovely presents, my hubby got me The Sound of Music Collectors Box Set, my most favouritest movie ever =D It has a little music box inside and it plays "My Favourite Things" love it. And I got a Jacob Barbie doll from Charlotte hehehe, it goes with the Edward Cullen Barbie she got me for Christmas =D
My Mummy and Daddy were kind enough to get me a Canon 50mm f1.8 II Lens (cause I hinted and hinted and hinted, lol) and I love it! I finally have a "big girl" lens, lol.

So I just want to share a quick SOOC shot I took of my little munchkin man while I was testing it out :)

I love my new lens :) And isn't my boy the sweetest little thing?!

Sweet Shot Day

Now I'm off to watch a movie with my hubby (Tomorrow When The War Began, its an Aussie movie and I HIGHLY recommend it!!)

2010 Funnies!!

So The Crosbie Crew is hosting a 'Funny Pic's from 2010 Linky Party and I have some to share with you! I have quite a few actually and I could have posted heaps more, lol but these will be PLENTY!

Yes, he's playing with exactly what you think he's playing with LOL! I love the dodgy look on his face, cracks me up every time!

William's first solids..."What the crap is this stuff?!?!"

Willy and Uncle Dewie being silly :D
Hehehe my brother will shoot me for putting this up....ssssshhh don't tell him!

William's first taste of cake batter....he's not impressed....which is good because it means I still get to lick one of the beaters!!

Charlotte doing "cool tricks" on our bed, lol. I have so many funny shots from this day but everything about this one cracks me up!

"I'm ready to go to the shops Mummy!"

Attempting to get a nice shot of Charlotte with the pretty setting sun...it didn't happen.
I did get a very nice one of hubby and William though, I shared it in the previous post :)

I have no words for this one.

"To infinity and beyond!!"
My Mum was lucky enough to win $1000 worth of Toy Story prizes in a Toys R Us competition and divided up the loot between my babies for Christmas. Charlotte scored this awesome Buzz costume that is way too big for her LOL!

So head to The Crosbie Crew and check out all the funny pics, I can't wait to see yours!

Planet Sydney!

I've been wanting to try the make your own planet tutorial Ashely at Ramblings and Photos posted a few months ago for AGES and when we were in Sydney for Charlotte's birthday on Sunday I took some photo's of the city skyline from in the Royal Botanic Gardens so I could finally give it a go!

Here is the skyline, cropped and sharpened:

And here is my first attempt at a "planet"

What do you think?

Then I did some with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House:

I LOVE this last one! I think I'll hang it on the wall when we move to our new place :D (when we find one, lol)

I'd love to know what you think! (I'm still learning how to use the clone stamp and healing tool though!)

Head to Ashley's Blog for her easy to follow tutorial!

My Baby Turns 4! And Scavenger Hunt Sunday :D

Before I show you my Scavenger Hunt items, I'd like to wish my baby girl a very Happy 4th Birthday!
We had a fabulous day celebrating, I took her to the Sydney Opera House to see the live stage show of Charlie and Lola and it ROCKED, then we met hubby and William and my family afterwards and we spent the day in the Royal Botanic Gardens and walking along Sydney Harbour (and I possibly took 1005 photo's =O) I'll share the beautiful Harbour shots with you later (I haven't even looked at them all yet!)

Happy Birthday Princess Charlotte xx

Now on to the Hunt!

1. Winter

as you know it is the middle of Summer here in OZ (and I have the sunburn to prove it, ouchie!) so this is the closest I could come up with to Winter!

2. Black & White with Selective Colour

This was from a little shoot I did for a friend the other day :)

3. The Wind

Haha, as you can see, the Wind took a quick detour up Charlotte's dress today!!

4. Framed

I took this frame along with us today with all these grand idea's of getting a shot of my hubby holding it up so it framed the Opera House and Harbour Bridge...but I could not for the life of me get it focused :(
So you get my baby Framed instead!

5. Remember When...

Remember When... Oprah came to Australia last week?? Well that's where she stayed LOL! That short rectangular building in front, The InterContinental :D
Was it a massive deal in America too?? Because our whole country was consumed by Oprah fever! It was insane! They even put a massive light up 'O' on the Harbour Bridge and renamed the Opera House the "Oprah House" for the week, lol.

Anyhoo, thats it for the week! Head to Ashley's Blog for more brilliant entries!
